While I'm usually a dense, almost brownie like cupcake person, Sweet Bessie's recipes have a pillowy light cake, fresh & juicy filling, with a creamy icing that is such a delightful surprise. My person favorite -lemon and blueberry. I could have eaten 10 of those. So this was dinner. It's what my childhood self dreamed of doing when I became an adult. The strawberry cupcake is our signature bake. Fresh strawberries immersed in a strawberry cake and frosted with a delicious strawberry frosting. They are available in regular and mini size and guaranteed to not disappoint.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE

Our Cookies are baked fresh and to perfection. Delicious, melt in your mouth goodness, you might not be able to eat just one.

LEMON POUND CAKE

Our lemon pound cake is a lemony delight! A lemon cake married with a delicious lemon glaze. A mouth watering treat. Soo delicious that you may not want to share. They are available in regular and mini sizes.

MUFFINS

Muffins a breakfast version of a cupcake. Offered with fruit, chocolate, Nutella or a delicious combination. You can't go wrong. So yummy, you may have to try one for yourself! Perfect to pair with your favorite coffee or tea.

OUR STORY

As a girl, I was influenced by two amazing and talented bakers. My mom and my grandmother.

I remember visits with my grandmother. Her home always smelled of freshly baked cakes. I remember baking with her and experimenting with ingredients. A cottage baker in her day. My other influence is my mom, who is always baking delicious cookies, cakes, pies and cheesecakes. My favorite is her Butternut cake. My passion for baking came from my influences.

I am happy to name my cottage bakery Sweet Bessie's after my grandmother Bessie Ziler.

At Sweet Bessie's, we believe in the value of homemade, handcrafted quality baked goods. Not only do they warm the home, but our products will definitely warm your heart.
